Do I need to be ready to buy right now?
No. D2D is designed to help you understand your starting point and work toward homeownership. Your team can help identify what needs attention and what a realistic next step looks like.
Is D2D a mortgage lender?
No. D2D coordinates the journey. Participating lenders evaluate financing options, explain their requirements, and make lending decisions.
What if a professional already invited me?
Use the invitation they sent you. It connects your signup to that professional. If you already created an account, use the Sign in link at the top of this page.
Can I join if I already have a Realtor or lender?
Tell us when you inquire. We’ll discuss your existing relationships and how participation could work. Submitting this form does not change your representation or lender.
What happens after I send an inquiry?
Your inquiry goes to the Program Director for review. We’ll contact you to discuss your situation, availability, and next steps. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically create an account or enroll you.
Are there costs or commitments?
Ask us about participation terms before enrolling. Financing, brokerage, and other professional services may have their own terms and costs, which should be explained by the provider before you commit.
